Meet the Team

Sierra Boyd LPC, LIMHP, LMHP

As a millennial therapist and proud boy mom, I bring a deeply personal understanding of the importance of family, balance, and emotional well-being into my practice.

My approach is compassionate and rooted in the belief that every individual has the capacity for growth and renewal.

I am passionate about supporting clients as they reconnect with themselves, navigate life transitions, and heal from experiences that have impacted their sense of identity and purpose.

Together, we work to cultivate self-awareness, resilience, and a renewed outlook that allows for meaningful change and sustainable well-being.

At the core of my practice is a commitment to creating a safe, affirming space where individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Healing is a journey, and I walk alongside my clients as they reclaim their strength, redefine their narratives, and move forward with intention and hope.

If you are ready to begin your healing journey or explore a new perspective on your future, I invite you to take the first step and reach out to begin services.

Dale J, Carter, Chaplain, Program Director, CTA Certified

Dale J. Carter brings more than sixteen years of frontline experience in youth advocacy, gang intervention, and juvenile reform to his role as Program Director and Community Treatment Aide (CTA) at Tenacious Rebirth Counseling.

His work at the Douglas County Youth Center (DCYC) shaped his expertise in crisis stabilization, behavioral coaching, and restorative intervention for court-involved youth, while his ongoing service as a PRN Chaplain at Children’s Nebraska deepens his clinical insight into trauma, family systems, and emotional regulation.

Dale has spent decades working directly with high-risk adolescents, system-involved families, and community partners to reduce recidivism, strengthen protective factors, and build pathways towards stability and independence.

At Tenacious Rebirth Counseling, he leads program development, provides evidence-informed life-skills and behavioral-health services, and oversees The A.B.Q.L Pathway, a structured curriculum designed to help youth and families achieve a better quality of life through accountability, resilience, and long-term community reintegration.
